Hit Your Work, Business & Life Goals Consistently—and Mindfully—With Digital Templates the Complete Operating System on Notion

High Performer OS on Notion

Built for knowledge workers, creative professionals, and curious people ready for bold moves

Wondering if High Performer OS is for you? See how many of the below strongly resonate with you.

Startup founders and team leads

You manage a small team and want to be effective and focused with your energy, so that you can create the impact you want in your company and life.

Lifelong learners

You're intrinsically curious. You hop on to interesting things—from one to another—and could use a little help to guide you in the right direction.

Freelancers and solopreneurs

You work for yourself and value freedom and control over your own time. You're all ears to anything that helps you do more of what you love.

Productivity optimizers

You see yourself as a productivity geek. That said, Notion is nothing new to you. You actively seek ideas and strategies to maximize your output.

Content creators and creative professionals

You want to get into the flow in creating your arts. You constantly fine-tune your process to develop and master your skills and crafts.

Life designers

Your philosophy is all about living a life with intention. You have a clear vision of who and where you are in the near future and want to start capturing it now.

Does this sound familiar?

It’s a Friday night. You’re still in front of your desk replying to emails and Slack messages while your friends are partying at the bar across the street.

“No, partying is not for me.” You say.

While that’s right, you also wonder when you will reach the destination you’ve been longing for. You can’t wait to stop clocking 16-hour days and getting overwhelmed by mundane tasks, yet, not seeing any progress.

You’ve searched for solutions. And people talk about motivation and setting big hairy audacious goals—as if they are all you need to achieve them.

The problem? You’re stuck at where you are now because of your BHAGs.

BHAGs are well—big, hairy, and audacious

The most successful high achievers set BHAGs.

The kind of goals where most people would say “nope, thanks.” or “not for me.” The kind of goals that most people are not ready to pay the price for.

But even for high performers (like you) aspiring to make an impact, it’s not easy to have BHAGs. And it’s even harder to manage—and crush—them. They are usually:

Lots of moving parts

Difficult to make sense of and manage

Hard to put into action

Take a long time to see results

Require lots of sacrifices

Almost impossible to strike a balance between work and life

That said, setting more, bigger BHAGs won’t help you.

Instead, you need a solution that puts your current BHAGs in the right frame—and helps you track, review, execute, and actually hit them.

Well... That's why I created High Performer OS

Hey, I'm Dean Yeong. I run a blog and podcast sharing content around work, money, productivity, and self-improvement. As a 2x Quora Top Writer, my work has been featured on Inc, HuffPost, Observer, and many other major publications—leading to over 30 million organic views.

What people said about my work

Dean is a strong voice in the self-mastery space. His newsletter consistently delivers insightful ideas on how to become a better version of yourself and is the only newsletter that I always read.

Sebastian Kade

Head of product and engineering

I'm constantly looking for ways to improve my productivity. Also, I'm generally interested in self-development. I have subscribed to Dean's newsletter for a couple of month already, and have suggested some of the articles to my friends. Thanks for writing valuable content and information that helps me grow. Also, the design of the site is very eye-friendly.

Maksym Bevza

Co-founder and CTO

A colleague recommended me Dean's blog, and from the first article on, I enjoyed his thinking (and writing) a lot!

Georg Primetshofer

Customer success manager

While doing all that, I also work full-time as the blog and SEO manager for AppSumo.

Like many productivity geeks, I've tested and used countless tools and systems. And Notion is one of my favorites so far! (I swear, I joined Notion when it was in beta and have been using it since then).

High Performer OS is the result of countless tweaks and optimizations with the goal to maximize productivity and performance. And it's the exact system I'm using today.

Before High Performer OS

  • You have big aspirations and great ideas but no system to execute them strategically and bring them to real life.
  • You're not making meaningful progress at goals and projects that matter to you.
  • You keep procrastinating on important tasks out of boredom and getting distracted by trivial matters.
  • You lack the one source of truth, and being all over the place overwhelms you for days and weeks.
  • You use multiple tools to paste your work and personal life together, causing serious disconnections.

With High Performer OS

  • You break your BHAGs down into attainable milestones that get you out of bed every day.
  • You see small and meaningful progress day after day and week after week.
  • You get what needs to get done effortlessly and enjoy the remaining of your day with people who matter most to you.
  • You're on top of your goals and projects by having one source of truth—and feeling calm even when shit happens.
  • Your work and life integrate seamlessly, bringing you true joy and fulfillment.

What's in it? The operating system at-a-glance

High Performer OS is the all-in-one productivity system and program to help you plan, organize, review, manage, and level up your work, business, and life.

Take the shortcut and skip the doing more part before doing less

Notion is a powerful and versatile tool. But most people are using it as a to-do list and note-taking app. It takes a lot of time to learn the nuts and bots, and even more time to put multiple components and moving pieces together.

Like building any system, you need to be willing to do more before you can do less. For Notion, you can easily spend months—or even years—downloading free templates, going through the knowledge bases, and making adjustments and tests.

Or you can take the shortcut to use an out-of-the-box system like High Performer OS.

Pull it out from the box (in this case, duplicate it to your own Notion Workspace), watch a few tutorials, and start using it to crush your goals and get more productive than ever.

Instead of spending months to figure Notion out, use High Performer OS to go from:

It's time to crush your BHAGs

High Performer OS is available in two options. Pick the best option for your needs. For most people, I recommend the All Access tier.

Game Changer! This is so good. Love how it includes high-level planning with a vision board and the different "life areas" within Objectives & Key Results. Then also gets granular with weekly outcomes, daily tasks, and trackers!

I like the way the weekly review is set up in High Performer OS so that I can see if I'm hitting my targets on a week-to-week basis. Plus, it's a great way to get a quick pulse check on how I'm doing towards achieving my goals.

— Justin Sulio

Jenn Ku's profile image

I love using Notion because it's versatile. But I'm far from an advanced user to set it up the way I want. High Performer OS has everything I need to plan for my week and get things done! No more having files and documents all over the place. And no more countless single-use-case productivity apps.

Got Questions? I’ve got answers

How do I know if High Performer OS is right for me?

Notion is a powerful tool when you get great at it. With High Performer OS, you skip the "getting great" part and start using Notion at its full potential.

If you're new to Notion, I've got you covered with video tutorials that walk you through every step of the way. If you're a Notion pro, feel free to use High Performer OS as a reference to create a productivity system of your own.

Which tier or package should I get?

The All Access tier is the best option for most people. It has everything you need to start hitting your BHAGs.

Get The Essentials tier if you want to level up goal setting and tracking game but prefer using other tools for quick capture and weekly planning.

What happens after I make the purchase?

After purchase, you'll get invited to the community hosted on Lu.ma. From there, you get the link to duplicate all the databases and templates into your Notion app. You also get access to all video tutorials in the community library.

Please get in touch with me via dean@deanyeong.com if you encounter any problems with the process.

How much time does it take to set the system up?

Duplicating the High Performer OS to your Notion app takes only a few minutes. After that, you can start using it immediately. Video tutorials are available in the community library at all time.

What if I don't find it helpful? Do you offer a refund?

If you think the High Performer OS is not for you after giving it a try, simply reach out to me within 14 days, and I'll happily give you a full refund. My mission is to help knowledge workers maximize performance and live the best life possible. If this system doesn't help you do that, then I'll happily provide a refund.
